The Uwinka Visitor’s Center is located deep within the heart of Nyungwe National Park’s 24,000 acre wildlife and animal preserve. The heavy annual rainfall and the steeply sloping mountainous terrain that surrounds portions of the Visitor’s Center had eroded the foundations of several key facilities. WDG provided site inspection and engineering assessment of the deterioration, quickly and accurately identifying the root causes of the deficiencies.
