Within the next 10 days, we will be lifting into place the tower belfry wood and steel framed elements. Come witness this historic event when it happens.

 We expect the lift to occur sometime in the next 10 days.  As soon as we have a firm date for the lift, we will post it on this website so check this page regularly for schedule updates.

ABOUT 114 BOON STREET

 The 114 Boon Street project is meticulously rebuilding the former Boon Street Presbyterian Church to become a near exact replica of the original 1880 Ware and Van Brunt masterpiece.  Inside this new building will be two finely crafted luxury residential condominiums.  We are excited and proud to be restoring this long lost legacy building
